Is there no contra-flow plan?
If there is ever an evacuation order for New Orleans, the officials will turn all the N/S Interstates into north-bound only. Does that plan not exist in S. Florida? Saw on another post that evacuation would be a nightmare out of Dade/Broward Counties - but turning all the highways into north-bound lanes on both sides would seem like a reasonable remedy to help that situation...
