Turning North
Its 4:10AM in Tampa Florida, and Frances looks to be turning North. Is this just wishful thinking or a wobble? Let me know what you think.

The NHC mentions a trough again associated with the ULL north of 40N. Where the trough should be, there is an upper level low cutting off near Bermuda and rolling southwest. The main ULL north of 40 is starting to slide south behind Frances. Since this whole slab including the upper level high Frances is embedded in seems to be starting to roll I would not be surprised to see Frances swing south of due west sometime in the future. Nobody is off the hook yet.
