What is the little

What is the little spinning blob just ahead of Frances? Is it apart of Frances bands or a separate entity? You can see it on this link:

I see no blob. I do see a small cell of t-storms dying out nearing the southern islands.

My little spinning blob dissipated. There is an area where it was that is still spinning. I guess its a part of bands of Frances.
