FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...
THE REMNANT CIRCULATION OF DANIELLE IS CENTERED ABOUT 800 MILES
WEST-SOUTHWEST OF THE AZORES ISLANDS AND IS MOVING NORTH-
NORTHWESTWARD NEAR 10 MPH. SHOWER ACTIVITY ASSOCIATED WITH SYSTEM
HAS DIMINISHED AND UPPER-LEVEL WINDS HAVE BECOME UNFAVORABLE FOR
REDEVELOPMENT.
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ASSOCIATED WITH A LARGE TROPICAL WAVE
LOCATED ABOUT 400 MILES SOUTHWEST OF THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS HAVE
INCREASED THIS EVENING. ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS APPEAR TO BE
FAVORABLE FOR DEVELOPMENT...AND THIS SYSTEM HAS THE POTENTIAL TO
BECOME A TROPICAL DEPRESSION OVER THE NEXT DAY OR TWO AS IT MOVES
WESTWARD AT 10 TO 15 MPH.
ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
WEDNESDAY.
