Models and new CV wave?......

I dont have information yet about the models showing this wave but a tip to see the models is when we see 96L invest at NRL meaning that the tropical models will start runs on it.

As noted in the other thread, don't hold your breath waiting for 96L; the circ of the wave is convectionless, the blob of convection is the wave enhancing ITCZ convection.

It also appears to basically not show up or barely on any of the global models currently with the exception of the EC, which gradually weakens it over time.

I dont see anything yet but the Canad. for the first time this yr has something in the CV region this wkend.

Well CV season runs till mid September so you probably have a pretty good chance any wave coming off Africa these days will develop.
