Atlantic Tropical Update
12:00AM EDT Thursday, August 19 2004

The National Hurricane Center is issuing adviories on weakening Tropical Strom Danielle located over the far eastern Atlantic.

A complex tropical wave is located over the central Atlantic...still well over 1500 miles east of the Lesser Antillies. This system remains disorganized and development is not expected over the next couple of days...however...some development may be possible once the wave comes further west over the weekend.

Elsewhere...tropical storm development is not expected through Friday
