Unfortunately, you can't link to that page. It sucks because you can zoom in so close. Anyway, that's the wave some of us have been referring to for a day or two now. It has sustained convection for over 24 hours now, but it seems to be moving really fast. The Quickscat pass this morning (satellite that uses ocean roughness...i.e. waves, etc....as a proxy for windspeed) showed that the winds aren't too organized near that convection. If it can slow down, maintain that convection, and start moving to the WNW, it would have a little more luck I think. The water vapor image shows quite a bit of dryish air around it though so it may have to overcome that as well.
