Most of the time I lurk, but, this time I have to comment because, at one time I too lived in a mobil home. I lived in a mobil home because I was a single parent and could not afford any other living accomodations. I did not choose to live in this area, it was the area I was born. I had no choice due to monetary reasons, but to stay in this area. I could not chose to live in a different area. I believe that this may be the same situation for many folks in this wonderful nation.

So, this guy wants to ban the mobile homes for the less financially fortunate. But then he didn't mention all those multi million dollar homes on the beach, they didn't do too well either. Fortunately they get federally funded insurance, $250k per disaster I think, for those beach mansions that no private insurer would touch.
