Charley's system has now cleared Wake Co...even the sky is getting some brighter.

Same here in Pitt County, rain has stopped and sky is brightening. I can even see breaks in the lower level of clouds. Major flash flooding reported in the areas between Winterville and around Pitt Community Collage.
