If there was not information that says there is no LLCC with the wind reports out of the east instead of the west...Which would be needed for a LLCC (over the land obs) It would be extreamly hard not to say that this is a strong tropical cyclone by the way the convection is forming a eye, with a eye wall look to it. Plus the feeder looking bands that are moving into it. But in the end of the day the information says it is not to be.

Its a Mid Level Circulation with an eye. Ive seen it all.

Also, this system must be up there as one of the smallest, its rain field extense from cuba's western tip to the yucatan eastern tip :eek:
