Dr Gray will lower his numbers to 13/7/3. It would not shock me if he went down to 12/6/2. :)

It's only August 4th, the peak of the season isn't for 5 weeks. Cape Verde Season doesn't even really start until Mid to Late August.

I think he will leave his numbers as is or perhaps just lower the number of Names storms from 14 to 13. I lowered my total from 13 to 12, but left the number of canes and Intense canes the same. i think him and his team will either run w/ what they have going already, or do something similar to that which i just described. We'll see.

Maybe keep the numbers about the same and lessen the probability of a landfall occuring along the east coast.

Any thoughts that he may do that considering the strength of the troughs so far this season?

It will be very interesting to see the abstract of his outlook to see what he says about the east coast landfalls and troughs.
