HIRT heading out tomorrow

Even though this will not be a hurricane- HIRT will head out tomorrow (later tonight if needed) and do live reports to our site as well as Storm2k. We will also turn on the real-time weather update page including the web cam shot. This will be a good rehearsal for the meat of the season since this is literally going to be in our backyards.

We plan on working from Cape Fear up towards Harkers Island, NC. You all can see our observations all day long tomorrow while were out.

Great! Stay Safe. Might be some nasty surf rolling in if this thing stays stationary for a day and continues to move slowly when it does take off..
