the last vortex message posted said that max winds were 62kts, that's not 60 mph....

Radar does not indicate it is a hurricane.

I would think this becomes a minimal Cat-1 late tonight or tomorrow.
No landfall.

Agree with Scott totally. No landfall... and max. winds will be 75 mph if it becomes a hurricane.
