What are the chances of Cape Cod being hit by as TS???...

http://www.wunderground.com/tropical/tr ... 00401.html THe green indicates a tropical storm.... It will be tracking rather close to Cape Cod....

Although it could get rather close, it looks like the only thing we'll get from it is a few 5 or 6 foot waves at the most. That is, unless the NOGAPS or UKMET forecast verifies.

Remember, when it tracks several hundred miles SE of there, it'll be elongated NE-SW and becoming extratropical. Probably won't see any rain unless it goes on the western edge of the path.

Doesnt look likely due to the slow motion. If it slows much longer, this wont even make landfall at all
