69W-79W. ISOLATED SHOWERS/TSTMS WELL TO THE E OF THE SYSTEM
ELSEWHERE FROM 20N-32N BETWEEN 60W-70W.

I think its trying to. This was discussed earlier. Weak broad lows tend to move towards the convection in low steering environments.
