Recon cancelled for tomorrow?

The local met here said the the recon for tomorrow adternoon to the gulf has been cancelled... Has anyone heard any other??

It might have been cancelled but on the national hurricane center site they still have it up.

I think that is false. If recon is going into the GOM system tomorrow, it will go into the Bahamas system as well.

I personally thing that neither one of the systems will develop into anything. At the time they both look very disorganized.

I trust Dennis phillips our local met. He says minimal TS or Depression SC tomorrow evening late. Time will tell :wink:

Rainstorm------- PLEASE ill say this again, the fact that a trough develops will ONLY affect the steering of tropical entities and not the number of them that develop.......................

That trough also shuts down the entire subtropical western Atlantic, taking out an area where storms typically form
