Has anyone else noticed....

That every single day for the past two weeks, the NHC has been watching something different that had the potential to become a tropical depression, then either got sheared, dissipated, or magically disappeared...

This is turning out to be a very annoying season. *sigh :x

Actually no I havent noticed this........

The only ones I can recall the NHC saying had the possibility to develop into a depression have been 97L and 98L.......

There were several clusters that they said may become a tropical depression...including a few atlantic clusters, the stationary boundary that was in the GOM, and the Bahamian lows.

actually, the first part of June a broad area of low pressure came up from the w caribbean, and the tpc said when it got into the gom, that a depression could form, but the area never closed tigher to form a td. More of a subtropical since area of disturbed weather was from la way over to about Panama city

my point stormchaser16, it hasn't just been the last 2 weeks, there was the one time in June, so just trying to clear the air here, that everyone is getting excited about getting a depression or something to look at......that's all.
