TROPICAL WAVE NEAR THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS ALONG 23W S OF 20N
MOVING W NEAR 15 KT. THE WAVE REMAINS WELL-DEFINED IN SATELLITE
IMAGERY WITH A BROAD CYCLONIC ENVELOPE NOTED FROM THE ITCZ NWD
TO 20N. TSTM ACTIVITY HAS INCREASED WITHIN 60 NM EITHER SIDE
OF THE ITCZ AXIS FROM THE COAST OF AFRICA TO 26W.

Not much detailed information about that wave except for the increased thunderstorm activity.

Of note is that the wave previously watched East of Barbados was annihilated by a surge of SAL.
