Interesting info..How can you tell tropical systems on model

How can you tell tropical systems on models? Also...

An older TUTT signature over the Sargasso Sea has shown signs of organizing toward the surface, with a wide array of thunderstorms between Cuba and Haiti towards Bermuda. Here, water temperatures will support tropical cyclone formation and the steering environment could allow for a northerly track, implying a mild threat to the Mid-Atlantic states next week.

Besides the threat, is this correct? Is tropical organization possible?

And yes... it is who you think it is...
