New invest at EPAC

Let's see what happens with this one but right now it not looks too promising for development.By the way I finnally got access to NRL as I found a new link to it.

Thanks for the link Luis. I had this link before, I just forgot to check it earlier.

This website is the "back up" for the NRL. You'll notice a lot of the features are unavailable... along with the latest analysis of all the waves/cyclones from NRL.

All these invest they issue for the EPAC and nothing never happens.
