We need a tropical wave or depression

What would it take good get any type of rain producing weather system here in S Fl. If I didn't want rain I'd move to the Deaert Southwest.

I don't think it will. Look at the WV and the dry air.

Meanwhile... it's drizzling rain here right now in East Central Alabama with a 40% chance of rain this afternoon.

Brent, the last time we had a 40% chance of rain was March from a cold front.
