Wow...Invest A is pretty strong with winds of 30mph. Thats would pretty much be a depression by now ( if it werent for that shear ). Lets see if the shear weakens and gives this thing a fair environment to develop in.

Looks like the shear took it's toll on 91S as the JTWC has quit mentioning it in their outlooks.
