The weak low is around Haiti and it is good that they changed the focus of the floater but until it gets into the atlantic nothing will happen about development if it does at all.Thanks dixiebreeze once again. :)

Trough looks to be sharpening just to the west of our system allowing the wind shear to decrease a little farther north now.

Looks impressive but I think there is too much South to North shear...

I think if shear decreases a little bit, changes will occur, allowing the system to organize. Last year when Mindy was around there, it was a tropical storm although it was not terribly organized.
