Rains and the flooding turn tragic in Puerto Rico
Bad news this afternoon as a man was driven by the rough currents of a river and he has not been seen and authoritys presume him dead. Also 66 families haved been relocated at shelters because their homes were flooded. Many avenues and expressways are flooded. In San Juan only so far this sunday as of 3:00 PM EDT over 4.00 inches of rain haved falled today and flash flood warnings haved been issued for the San Juan Metro area and also for Carolina and Loiza.I hope that the broad low pressure goes more north of the greater antilles then the tropical wave moving west located at the eastern caribbean dont have the interaction that may cause more widespread rains.Remember all of this rain today is on top of 3 weeks of rains and the grounds are oversaturated.
