A WEAK LOW HAS FORMED N OF S.AMERICA BUT ANY SIGNIFICANT CONVECTION IS SHEARED TO THE E.

That low is at 1010 mbs around 14n-71w but for me here in Puerto Rico and in other islands Blake writes a not good at all forecast as all that mass of rain will eventually move north not what we want to see.Nothing about tropical development I see in this area at this time but as some haved said a wave will interact with the surface trough but let's see what happens.
