Important AFD from NWS San Juan about rain and possible low

A complete discussion in my estimation from them about this not good scenario for Puerto Rico in terms of the potential for more rain on top of what the island has recieved (17) inches in 2 weeks.About tropical development they dont see anything at this time to point towards that but time will tell in comming days.

Good comprehensive forecast and discussion from Puerto Rico. Hope you don't see the flooding rains again. Send some of it to Florida :roll: :)

Sure we dont need more rain so I will send it towards Florida and the SE US where it is needed badly. :)
