In reallity this invest was issued yesterday at NRL but technnical issues prevented it to be up until now.

I was wondering because the location if I am reading it right is away from the deep convection :roll: Thats why I said HMMM :wink:

The location is at the weak low located near the coast of NIcaragua and not at the area of convection south of Hispanola.
