This is the first discussion (A brief one to start) from the storm2k forecast team and we will do the best to keep informed our members of what is going on in the atlantic basin during the 2004 hurricane season. :)

thanks Luis
that is most helpful
would it be posisble also to include discussion on other parts of the Caribbean/Atlantic basin like the current bad weatherr that is afecting the islands
I know this is nothing that threatens to develop but it would be helpful to have a brief discussion of it
thanks

Thanks Msbee for your support.About expanding to other areas apart from a focused area yes we will do that during hurricane season covering from the Gulf of Mexico ,the caribbean, the tropical atlantic from the lesser antilles to the coast of Africa and the subtropical atlantic east of the US coast to Bermuda. But for this first outlook from us I only talked about the SW caribbean area but if things get rough in the eastern caribbean I will expand to discuss it so stay tuned.
