Click on this link and make sure you have java inabled. Next, Click Zoom Button up in Menu Bar that allows you to control the speed of the loop. Now, Click down in the area of the Broad low pressure down in the Carribean. If you speed up the loop and if you look close enough down by Panama, You might see a possible mid level vort. Maybe even LLC trying to develop.
Visible loop shows possible vortecy. Hurry and look.
