Is Destin on the Gulf or Atlantic side of Florida? Those are very high %'s!

Region fairly high. Subregion also fairly high in comaprison to some (I would expect Dade-Miami to be higher. But still low in probability (I guess).

Interesting stuff! Unfortunately they took it down from their site at the request of the NHC. NHC said the numbers made the chances for any one place seem so remote that they thought it would affect people's interest in making preparations early.
