A FEATURE OF INTEREST IN THE CENTRAL ATLC IS A MID/UPPER LOW
NEAR 24N36W WHICH IS GRADUALLY MOVING WESTWARD. CYCLONIC FLOW
IS WITHIN 6-8 DEGREES OF THE CENTER WITH THE TROUGH CONTINUING
SW ALONG 17N44W TO 14N60W. MODERATE/STRONG SUBSIDENCE IS
FOCUSED WITHIN 2-3 DEGREES OF THE AXIS. UPPER RIDGING DOMINATES
THE REST OF THE E ATLC WITH AXIS FROM THE CANARY ISLANDS SSW TO
14N20W THEN 1N31W TO 4N49W. MOISTURE IS MORE PLENTIFUL THAN
AVERAGE OVER THE TROPICAL ATLC WITH ALL SORTS OF HIGH CLOUDS
SEEN S OF A LINE FROM 11N47W TO THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS TO
MAURITANIA.
