Update 3/11/04 for ENSO continues to be neutral

No change from the past advisory from CPC but they noted a decrease in the temps in the equatorial pacific at el nino 3-4.Neutral conditions for the next 3-6 months is what they predict right now.

Well I guess we will have to wait and see what develops!
So far it looks like we will have another active season!
