No changes from the last update as that kelvin wave that was moving east into the EPAC has not been a major player in terms of warming the waters in the equatorial pacific at el nino 3 area and as the atlantic hurricane season draws closer it looks less likely that el nino will be of any significance in fact neutral to weak el nino conditions may be the rule this year in the pacific.But let's see in the coming months if there are any changes to this.
