:rarrow: 1) TC Elita (09S). Currently at 19.4S 43.3E (210nm W of Antananarivo, Madagascar) and moving ESE at 5mph. Winds are 75mph. Elita still has the change at a little more strengthening as she resides over the Mozambique Channel under moderate outflow aloft. Nonetheless, this trend is forecast to end as Elita interacts with Madagascar.

:rarrow: 2) TC Frank (10S). Currently at 17.2S 69.1E (600nm SSW of Diego Garcia) and moving E at 13mph. Winds are 145mph. Frank is maintaining its intensify, but should begin to weaken as it experiences increased shear. The 48hr point of the forecast has Frank as a 105mph cyclone.
