It will be a threat to Madras,India as it is forecast to move in their direction or close to that city but it wont be a very strong cyclone because it does not have very favorable conditions and it will be out of the water around the next 3-4 days not allowing it to deepen.

According to the latest forecast this cyclone wont be a strong one only torrential rains will be the main threat for portions of India.

That's good. If all they get is rain and not much wind. Of course, if it stalls that is another story lol. But we won't go down that road right now

Luis, they just changed the forecast, again. Now, they say it will get to 65 M.P.H. The winds, still, aren't too bad, but the rain will be bad, like most storms.

Now the latest is that it will not reach 65kts but it wont be stronger than 50kts as it will interact with land but plenty of rain will fall in that area.

The latest is that the cyclone is weakening and it will dissipate after 48 hours.
