Referring to Peter again. Interesting history from dipping in from the south so rapidly, then being steering back north by a trough. Something that would probably only happen in December--in such a manner.

Forecast is simple and to the point: extratropical in 36 and 35kts. Init. intensity set at 40kts.

Personally, I don't think Peter will make it that long. It is looking pretty bad, and unless some major convection flares up, it could be a goner.
