Eventually it will move inland into Hispanola but this little movement in the past 6 hours delays the ending of the rain for Hispanola and Puerto Rico complicating things in terms of more floodings so let's see if finnaly the storm decides to move.

It's always a potential danger when these storms just start sitting around in the same area.
they can dump tremendous amounts of wtaer in one spot and cause severe flooding.
let's hope that doesn't happen
