They moved the floater from the eastern caribbean where it was until this morning.IMO it looks like a tropical storm as I type this at 11:35 AM EST.
Floater #1 is on top of Odette

Well PTLA it is now Odette and looks good this evening but some shear is seen too so maybe it will stay as it is tonight.
