2024 Oddball Hurricane Season Outlook Thread Using the Chinese Zodiac (12 Year & 60 Year Cycles)

The fact that Beryl and Helene both verified two of the biggest landfall risk areas on your map OMG plus Beryl fulfilled the early major Caribbean cruisier prediction.

Thanks for pointing this out! Yeah holy cow, Beryl did fulfill the early Caribbean cruiser Mad early! Track 5 on the map, and yeah FL is getting it bad this season, Milton will be the 3rd Hurricane landfall in the state... tying with 1964, just with different tracks!
Helene was like a combo of Track 3 & 4, and track 3 was based on the 1916 hurricanes while track 4 based off of Isbell 1964.
Fortunately we didn't get a 'Cleo' this season. Milton looks sort of like track 4 but with the origin in the BOC and landfall likely more north around Tampa (though I'll be darned if he comes in around Naples, Ft Myers like Isbell did).

This experiment has been quite interesting this season!

The 2024 Hurricane Season so far VS the previous Wood Dragon Year 1964 - With Emphasis on Florida & Caribbean Impacts:
Milton is in progress towards Florida as a monster hurricane... the cone drawn in the 2024 side of the graphic below reflects the NHC cone from 4 PM today.
One thing that could be learned from this, is that Wood Dragon years = Multiple FL Hurricanes.

-3 FL hurricane landfalls in 1964.
-Milton will be the 3rd FL hurricane of 2024 thus far.
