Is the swirl with the displaced T-storms N of PR heading west THE BEAST returning for more mayhem???

Yeah .. that's the same area of vorticity associated with 97L coming back SW and as expected, poised to bring another round of rains, though not as heavy as before ...

Its back again :eek: If that SOB gets south of the DR, watch for some development. Notice the pulse moving west in the eastern Caribbean. If the LCC in between the islands goes SW in the cenetral GOM, it will tap this source of moisture as UL conditions are favorable there. However, the LCC may not get that far south, actually going into the Dominican Republic again. Anyhow its a wild card, but hopefully it will move far enuf west to get the rains out of Puerto Rico. sheesh.
