TROPICAL DISTURBANCE...1005 MB SURFACE LOW... IS CENTERED JUST S
OF THE E TIP OF HISPANIOLA NEAR 16.8N68.6W AT 2100 UTC. LATEST
VISIBLE SATELLITE IMAGES SHOW A DISORGANIZED SYSTEM WITH MOST OF
THE TSTMS SHUNTED TO THE E OF THE CENTER. SHOWERS/TSTMS
CONTINUE TO BE QUITE HEAVY OVER MOST OF THE LEEWARD ISLANDS WNW
INTO PUERTO RICO WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR SIGNIFICANT FLOODING
ESPECIALLY IN THE SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THE U.S. TERRITORY.
SCATTERED MODERATE TO STRONG CONVECTION IS FROM 13N-20N BETWEEN
64W-68W.
