The long range radar shows all the area and how it is moving.Where is rotation of those clouds? up to the NW of PR or south of the island? and plenty of rain for portions of PR,the VI and the northern leewards. The orografic effects in Puerto Rico of the mountains at the cordillera central will enhance the rain later today and I am watching that but I hope that no big flooding problems happen but with the grounds already saturated from the previous 6 days of rains we can expect flash flooding warnings to be posted later today.

Luis
this stuff just isn't going away
we had 6 inches of rain yesterday in a 24 hour period and it is still raining here this morning. some parts of the island ( like where I live) actually got more than 6 inches.
It's light rain right now but it is steady.
I spoke to our Met office this morning and they said they are watching this very carefully as it hasn't moved much and is forecast to possible move more East, just as has been indictaed here on the forum.
Met Office said to expect more of the same here for the next few days!
lots of unhappy tourists!!!!!!!!!!! :bcry:
