They are bullish with this system and I dont like what I see in terms of slow movement and with the weak steering this time of the year it well may move to Puerto Rico northward.

Its gonna start pulling in cooler and drier air as it moves northwest..development isnt likely.

There isn't any cooler or drier air anywhere near the eastern Caribbean. I think that wind shear will be the limiting factor here.

Take a look and the WV imagery and u will see a lot of dry air to the NW of this system..it will get entrained into the system soon.

The question is whether it will get any stronger before the drier air hits it.. I consider this thing an Odette wanna be lol
