Recon will investigate this afternoon low in GOM

The 11:30 AM EST outlook is long but still is covering all the bases however let's see what the recon plane finds this afternoon but I think they wont find a very organized system there but some gusty winds yes.

Recon will be in the area around 2 PM EST so we will get information after that hour to see what they find.

If it could develop some good convection around the center it would probably be a TD, but I don't think they will find much.
