swirl N of PR

Does anyone notice the swirl about 100 miles north of PR. The mets here in S fl say that the system will develop around 30 north and 65 west

I believe that is the area that is being monitored for development. If it isn't the remnants of Nicholas it is the potential low that has been mentioned today.
