That one's easy...

TD 11, because of the flooding on the southern coast of the Bay of Campeche.

And no, I didnt look it up. At least not recently! :wink:

Correct. Tropical Depression #11 killed around 400 people in Mexico.

The precursor to Grace would have been Tropical Depression Once, though.
