Caribbean. NHC discussion also mention "new wave" introduced at about 61 W near the Islands:

SHIP REPORTS INDICATE A 1006 MB LOW HAS FORMED IN THE SW
CARIBBEAN NEAR 11N78W. IT APPEARS TO BE A RATHER SMALL FEATURE
FOR NOW BUT IS PRODUCING NUMEROUS MODERATE ISOLATED STRONG FROM
S OF 12N BETWEEN 76W-81W. UPPER WINDS LOOK SOMEWHAT HOSTILE
FOR DEVELOPMENT.

Yes Dixie.. I agree with you.. It has been very busy. I remember 1995 when we had 19 storms.. that was also the last time Central Florida got a direct hit by a hurricane. {Erin} We've had a plethora of TS and borderline hurricanes since then..
