No, I don't think Mindy is a bit healthier. In fact, she's less organized than yesterday (if that's possible). There's even less evidence of a circulation than yesterday. Convection is decreasing, and low clouds are streaming AWAY to the west of the tiny vortex west of the convection. Clearly, Mindy is experiencing very strong SSW-SW wind shear. Recon is having a very difficult time finding a circulation center again today - and they can't blame it on proximity to land. In any case, it won't be affecting anyone except perhaps giving Bermuda some rain.

Just got a vortex message, the plane did find a small center well west of the thunderstorm area near 22N/71.5W. Max flight level winds are down to 32 kts, which equals about 20-25 kts at the surface. Pressure is up to 1008 MB. So Mindy is now at most a very weak and disorganized depression with a barely-evident circulation.
