In this Water Vapor loop, notice the outflow to the SE. Also a cyclonic spin near Jamacia, and a possible cyclone south of Bermuda?

That spin near Jamaica is an upper level low.

Upper level lows are currently located in that loop.
1) Over Oklahoma
2) Offshore of the Carolinas
3) Basically over Jamaica
4) Another one located near 30ºN, 29ºW
5) Another one starting to carve out along the same trough around 18ºN, and 40ºW
An upper high is building in between the two upper lows mentioned between Jamaica and the one located 18ºN, 40ºW or right over the Invest.

I am watching for how the model tracks in regards to Hispaniola. Those mountains can be system killers.
