NWS TPC/NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL
4 AM PDT FRI OCT 3 2003

FOR THE EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC...EAST OF 140 DEGREES WEST LONGITUDE..

THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON HURRICANE
NORA LOCATED ABOUT 450 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF
BAJA CALIFORNIA...AND ON TROPICAL STORM OLAF LOCATED ABOUT
270 MILES SOUTH OF ACAPULCO MEXICO.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
SUNDAY.
